Terms and Conditions

Orders
Orders will only be processed by Transferfx when payment of the order has been made in full to Transferfx at the time the order is processed, or these orders are released on goodwill to the Purchaser at the discretion of Transferfx.

Transferfx has the sole legal right to determine any refunds, backorders or to supply new or replacement items on any order that has been delivered with missing or any incorrect items.
Delivery
Transferfx is not responsible or liable in any way for goods not arriving at the destination by a due date.

Goods are dispatched from our warehouse 7-14 days from when an order is received and all monies are paid.

Transferfx will always endeavour to deliver all goods as requested on time but are not responsible or legally liable for any delays in delivery to the Purchaser.

Credit Claims
Transferfx must be contacted by email or facsimile by the Purchaser prior to any intention to return goods supplied by Transferfx. The return of the said goods must be first authorised by Transferfx.

Transferfx will not accept the return of goods unless such goods are returned within 7 working days of the receipt by the Purchaser.

The Purchaser will be responsible for all costs and charges involved in the return of the goods unless otherwise negotiated prior to with Transferfx.

Credit claims for shortages must be notified within 2 working days of receipt of goods. Goods sent as ordered will not be returnable to Transferfx under any circumstances if decorated with player names, numbers or other markings unless the incorrect style, incorrect size or damaged goods have been received by the Purchaser.

Transferfx will determine what action will be taken, if the goods are incorrectly decorated.

Goods must be returned with original tags and packaging, or they will not be accepted for credit.

Cancellation Policy
Goods may be returned if not decorated, that is, without customised names, number, logos or other markings by the Purchaser.

They must still have the original tags/packaging retained for a credit.

If any order is cancelled within 2 working days, that is goods that are ordered without customised names, numbers, logos or other markings, then the Purchaser will be refunded all monies paid - minus a $20 restocking fee and minus reasonable postage costs.

Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are in AUD and include GST.

Prices of goods are subject to change.

Any goods dispatched on goodwill must be paid by the Purchaser within 7 working days of receipt of those goods.

If payment is not made then interest and administrative charges calculated at the interest rate of 10% weekly will accrue on monies due, and payment shall be credited by Transferfx firstly against any interest and administrative charges due.
