You will receive notification that your order has been received via email, fax or SMS. You will receive an invoice including postage, and we will inform you of payment options and details. Payment options include Direct Deposit into our bank account (preferred), cheque, money order or credit card payments via Paypal.

Once the payment has been received we will get to work on ordering in your uniforms from our suppliers. Then we customise your garments with the numbers and names you require for your team, it's that easy.
If there are any back order issues we will notify you by email/phone, so it's important that you leave your details so that we can contact you.

Delivery
From the time the payment is received into our bank account, please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
Based on the quantity and weight of your order, we will decide whether to post or courier your order.
Wherever possible, items are shipped via Australia Post's Express Post network to most capital cities overnight and to other locations in approximately 2 working days.
