Q: What service does Transferfx offer?
A: We supply customised numbers/names and logo’s for sportswear featured in our online catalogue.
We are a stockist of Auspirit /Biz Collection/ Bocini/ Gildan and Johnny Bobbin. We can supply sportswear for individuals, teams, coaches and referees etc.
Q: Do you charge extra for the names and numbers?
A: No these are free with your sports shirt purchase.
Q: How much is it to post my order?
A: All goods are dispatched via Australia Post and through the Express Post network, unless orders need to be sent via Road freight due to weight.
Cost for 500g airbag is $8.40 for 1 item.
3kg airbag is $11.70 for approx 2 -4 items.
5kg airbag is $19.10 and will fit approx 10 -12 items.
Large orders may require to be split into 2 separate airbags and so appropriate postage costs will apply.

Q: Do you need a minimum order, can I just order 1 garment if I like?
A: That’s fine, we can supply just 1 or 100+ Just bear in mind if you require a full colour logo then minimum quantities will apply.
Q: How do I order?
A: Orders can be placed by downloading our PDF, print and fill in the details, then simply fax it back to us. You are also welcome to email or phone your order direct to us.
We will send through a confirmation email/fax or SMS within 24 hours to notify you that we have received your order. If you haven’t heard within 48 hours please get in touch with us.
Q: Can I order blank clothing without the names/numbers?
A: Yes you can, the same price will apply with or without the names or numbers.
Q: Do you use eco-friendly products/materials?
A: We are very aware of eco-friendly products…these are limited at the moment…if the opportunity arises to switch to a more eco-friendly product or incorporate these practices into day to day production we will embrace them.
Q: Are your sports names and numbers machine washable?
A: Yes they are fully machine washable up to approx 40C.
Cold wash is recommended, and do not tumble dry or iron transfers.
Q: What sort of material are these numbers made from?
A: They are made from PVC and Polyurethane, making them lightweight and ideal for application to sportswear.
This is the standard decoration method for sportswear.

Q: What sort of range do you carry?
A: We carry a standard range of vinyl in a range of colours as well as special vinyls in neon colours, fashion films in zebra and leopard print, glitters and reflectives.

Q: What sort of styles of numbers do you offer?
A: We carry round and square numbers to choose from. See our our order form for examples.
Q: What style of font do you use for your player/team names?
A: We use Impact style font for our player jerseys as it is easy to read.
Q: What size are your player/team names that you put on the jerseys?
A: These are set at approx 40-50mm to allow a maximum of 11 characters across your jersey.
Q: Organic cotton is big in the US do you carry any organic products?
A: We can order in organic cotton products for you. These are limited at the moment, but are slowly entering the Australian textile market.
Q: Do you only sell sportswear?
A: No, we do also sell other fashion items such as tshirts/ singlets/ hoodies etc which we can also customise for your team. If you are looking for a particular style then just visit one of our supplier websites and we can work out a price for you.
Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
A: Yes we are happy to offer discounts for large orders…just let us know what you need and we can work out a price for you.
Q: Do you support charities?
A: Yes we will happily support charities, just call or email us for your requests.
Q: Are there any setup charges to create a logo?
A: Yes there is a charge of $27.50 inc GST to setup your logo.
The minimum order quantity we require is 5.

Q: What if we need a logo designed for our team?
A: No problems, we can assist you by giving you a quote to create a new logo, or maybe you just want to use an existing logo, or update it.

Q: What format do you need my logo in?
A: The artwork needs to be an EPS or Ai (Adobe Illustrator) file, converted to curves, for our plotters to cut your logo.
If it is a jpeg or tiff file there maybe some artwork charges to convert it to a vector file.
We will advise you of these charges before we go ahead with the job. In most cases about $30 will cover the minimum design time.
Q: I represent a school/club and would like to take a look at some of your samples before going ahead with a bulk order?
A: Yes we can arrange this for you, but just remember that payment needs to be made first. If you require customised names or numbers on your sports shirts, then these samples cannot be returned for a refund.
However if you would just like to take a look at the clothing, then decide you don’t want to go ahead with an order, simply return the clothing in it’s original packaging with tags still attached within 7 working days, and we will refund your purchase minus postage costs.
Q: How are orders processed?
A: Good question, once we receive your order we will contact you with confirmation first that we have indeed received your order. This should occur within the first 24 hours.
We will then email or fax an invoice including postage costs to you. Then simply pay via direct deposit/money order/cheque or PayPal.
To speed up the order process emailing or faxing your remittance of payment will ensure we are not having to check our bank account to see if you have paid.
If paying via PayPal we can email a direct link for payment, this will take you straight to PayPal's payment gateway. Did you know you can also pay with PayPal via mobile phone ( please see PayPal website for more details).
Our preferred method of payment is direct debit.
If paying via PayPal a 2.5% surcharge will be added at the time of invoice.

Q: What if something is out of stock and has to be placed on backorder?
A: We will contact you, and advise you of your options.
We cannot be responsible for items out of stock. The purchaser is responsible for
payment of postage for backorders, unless an arrangement is made first with Transferfx. |
